TINY's Hosted B&B is a spacious 4 bedroom family home with modern facilities providing delicious breakfasts and large comfortable rooms making an ideal base to enjoy your stay in Shepparton.
We offer the best accommodation with friendly service and breakfasts of high quality - food being prepared to your order to ensure fresh entantalising food for your enjoyment.
Lock up garages are supplied for normal passenger vehicles, larger vehicles have off street parking available. Please supply details of your vehicle when booking.
Touring pets are most welcome with plenty of room for them to run around and exercise - some conditions apply, please enquire. Secure fencing - minimum 1.2 metres high.
We are located close to Shepparton Golf Club on a 2 acre block with extensive lawns and mature trees. Our display aviary has many of the larger cockatoo's and parrots and we even have a pet kangaroo for guests to enjoy. Please feel free to make friends with them as well.
If you play golf, green fees are available most days for a social round, - phone the Club Pro Shop on: 03 5821 2531 to make enquiries and bookings.
Evening entertainment is available in the Billiard Room - with a 9 foot pool table, television, well stocked bar and cellar - which opens onto a large Patio with BBQ, television, refrigerator, sink and dining facilities which guests are invited to use. We hold an 'Exemption Licence' to supply alcohol to guests with responsible service of same.
All three bedrooms have - reverse cycle airconditioning, ducted gas heating, en-suite with complimentary Arbonne toiletries, comfortable queen beds, television, clock radio, electric blanket and bedside lamps. All quality linen supplied. Internet wi-fi also available.
Lovely nature walks, river fishing, native bird sanctuary all within 300 metres.
City Bus Service passes front gate evrey hour on the hour with bus stop within 50 metres.
We are in close proximity to DECA, Shepparton BMX track, Shepparton sporting complex and stadium, gymnasium, cycling velodrome, fast food outlets, IGA supermarket, veterinary clinic and fuel outlets.
